Weekend Mish-Mash

This weekend has been a bit of a crazy one! I spent the entire weekend chained to my desk hammering out this competency portfolio for my ethics and professionalism class. I feel like my brain is turned to mush and I'm just in a daze. I managed to get it all finished this afternoon and I'm so relieved! It's nice to see all of my hard work on paper and in a nice little binder to keep it all together.

In the meantime, here is a bit of a mish-mash of this weekend's eats...

My friend Megan from The Jelly Bean Exchange and I also took a nice study break this evening by taking a trip to Marble Slab for some much-deserved ice cream. I ordered a kiddie cone of birthday cake ice cream with sprinkles mixed in. I was still pretty full from my chili dinner and the kiddie size was the perfect treat! It was so nice to get caught up and relax for a moment.

Workout

Once I got home, I needed to get in a good workout! My body was craving a good workout after taking Friday and Saturday off to catch up on homework. I did The Fab 15 Total Body Workout three times through from the comfort of my own bedroom. It took just under 45 minutes and it felt great!


What a great way to alleviate all of the stress of the weekend! Now it's time to prepare for the busy, busy, busy week ahead.
