Breakfast
I was feeling a little uncreative this morning, so I threw in a packet and a half of Quaker Instant Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal into a bowl and added some hot water. Bam! Breakfast of
Lunch
Lunch came in two parts today. I had a strawberry Greek yogurt at school with a Kashi granola bar crumbled up into it.
I also had an apple and a tea on the side.
The second part of lunch came once I got home a little later in the afternoon. I made myself three fresh rolls using cucumber, imitation crab meat, lettuce and sweet Thai chili sauce for dipping.
Dinner & Workout
The rest of my day went unphotographed because I was pretty busy! I ended up going to see my respite family and spent a good hour pushing a 90 pound boy on a gigantic modified swing, which I'm sure weighed a good 30 pounds itself! I'd say I got in my share of upper body and core work from that alone. In addition, we went for a nice fast-paced walk for the last half-hour of our time together, so I'll count that as my cardio for the day.
After respite, I headed over to a friend's house to do some studying for a midterm we have tomorrow. We had some potato wedges and roasted chicken for dinner in between studying from cue cards.
Overall, it was a very busy day and I'm looking forward to being finished this midterm tomorrow. I have an extremely busy day tomorrow as well, but it'll be a little bit more stress-free than today.
Enjoy your night!
