Another paper down and many more to go! I'm getting this whole one-paper-a-night thing downpat...although it does make my brain want to explode just a little bit. Oh well, two and a half more weeks and I am done classes for the term! Then it's just one month of placement before CHRISTMAS!! Wahoo, let the countdown begin!
Breakfast
I made myself a super protein packed breakfast this morning to get me though the busy morning! I combined one and a half packets of Quaker instant cinnamon and spice oatmeal with three egg whites, one tablespoon of ground flax, and a splash of almond milk.
Doesn't it just look so appetizing?!
I also had half a glass of almond milk on the side...the other half I poured into my oatmeal.
Lunch
I had an apple and a piece of berry cornbread for my morning snack, although those went unphotographed. I brought one and a half sliced pork chops with pineapple sauce for my lunch, along with some steamed cauliflower and a container of BioBest yogurt.
Dinner
After a long and stressful day plus a nauseating busride home, I wasn't feeling like much for dinner. I had about a third rack of ribs before calling it quite for a little while.
Once I had my appetite back, I munched on some baby carrots with spinach dip, and feta cheese and roasted red pepper dip. Yummy!
Casey and I spent the evening on the couch while I worked furiously to get a paper finished.
Poor Zeke! All he wanted to do was play!
Workout
My workout consisted of several mini workouts today! I ended up running up and down the 14 flights of stairs in our building twice, took Zeke for a long speed walk, and did a workout from Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD. It felt great to sweat again!
