What have I learned about myself since becoming a student again...
Stress doesn't always show itself until it's too late. I need to listen to mybody and recognize the early warning signs before I explode!
I work best when I am completely and 100% organized. Anything outside of that routine is both terrifying and traumatizing.
Writing papers becomes easier the longer I'm in school. It used to take me two days to write a 5 page paper and now I can finish it in just a couple of hours.
There are no straight lines at the college. I have to make a conscious effort not to walk in a zigzag pattern when I leave school.
APA format changes...a lot.
Taking the bus isn't fun. Taking a 6:50am bus in order to make it to an 8am class is even less fun.
The college is the world's biggest refridgerator.
I swear, they made it a refridgerator to drive up coffee and tea sales.
I absolutely, positively LOVE my program and I couldn't have asked for better teachers and classmates!
