Give It A Try

Here we go...here is a sample of what my single post per day would look like IF you were all willing to accpet my reducing my number of blog posts per day in order to give you quality over quantity, as well as saving me time with such a busy eight months ahead of me!

Breakfast

Waking up this morning was HARD! I set my alarm clock for 5:15am and still wasn't fully awake until well over an hour later.

I took Zeke for a quick walk before throwing together a quick breakfast to nourish my body and my mind for the day ahead. I made a slice of cinnamon raisin toast with vegan margarine and sliced up a fresh orange on the side.

Ok, maybe that was a little too much margarine! Give me a break, it was 6am.

Morning Snack

Then it was time for me to grab a tea and head off to class. I brought with me an orange pekoe tea with one packet of Splenda to give me just the right amount of a caffeine boost.

I also brought an apple and some trail mix to munch on throughout the day. I did eat the apple; however, I only ate a few small handfuls of trail mix.

Lunch

Lunch was super quick! I finished classes just after noon, bought my textbooks and rushed home to have a quick lunch before my riding lesson. I reheated some homemade pizza leftovers from the fridge and ate two out of the three slices.

They weren't too bad for reheated pizza, but I likely wouldn't have eaten them if I had another quick option at hand.

I came home from my riding lesson to a gorgeous new dining room! It was the only part of the apartment that is entirely finished, so we cleaned it all up so I could snap a photo to share with you.

The colours are a light green-beige colour, I'm not sure what the exact name is!

Dinner

Dinner was something Casey and I were looking forward to all day! We picked up a PC Blue Menu Roasted Vegetable Lasagna on sale at the grocery store this past weekend and have been itching to taste it all week.

This bad boy didn't disappoint! I loved how you could taste the "roasted-ness" of the vegetables. I also love meatless lasagnas, so this one definitely did the trick for me. Even Casey loved it!

Workouts

Today's workouts consisted of a one-hour show jumping development riding lesson on my favourite little jumper pony, Billy! It was super hot out today and our lesson was earlier than usual, so I think I lost about 5lbs in sweat weight alone in that hour.

I'm also just heading out to the gym now to squeeze in Tuesday's Lower Body workout from Jamie Eason's weight lifting program. I know it's a day late, but at least I'm fitting it all in! Since I already rode today, I don't plan on doing any cardio at the gym, but I will be going on a nice long walk with Casey and Zeke afterwards to cool down!

Questions:
So what do you think of this new blog format?
Do you prefer one post or multiple posts daily?
Would you be able to live with this format for the next few months while I'm attending school?
