What a lovely Sunday morning! Today begins my weekend and I'm looking forward to spending it relaxing. I wasn't able to take any photos last night because it was so dark and stormy. We had a blast spending time with friends, riding on the four-wheeler and chatting well into the night.
Casey and I slept in as long as we could this morning before Zeke woke us up. We spent the rest of the morning relaxing on the couch before heading out to pick up some much-needed groceries.
When we got back, it was time for a very late breakfast. I made myself two over easy eggs with two slices of thinly sliced multigrain toast and margarine. I also had a cup of orange pekoe tea with a bit of organic cane sugar and a splash of milk.
Shortly after breakfast, I began craving a garden salad with Thousand Island dressing. I made myself a salad as a part of breakfast or a morning snack. It was delicious!
That's about the extent of our morning so far! We've back to lounging on the couch with Zeke watching Olympic highlights from this past week. We are hoping to go back to Ribfest today for a late lunch or early dinner as long as this rain stops. We also hope to bring Zeke along this time to see all of the sights and people. He loves crowds!
