Today starts the final few days of covering someone's vacation as a summer supply staff and perhaps my last day supplying altogether since next week is the last week of programs.
I'm super excited to visit this new school and meet all of the kiddos. My shifts aren't terribly long and I should be done between 2:30 and 3:30pm for the rest of the week. Yay!
I made myself a delicious breakfast to fuel me for the day. I need as much energy as I can get to keep up with the kids!
I made myself a slice of whole wheat toast with organic peanut butter. The key to getting refridgerated organic peanut butter to spread is microwaving the amount of peanut butter you are going to use in the microwave ahead of time. It spreads super easy once it's warm, plus you get to enjoy the warm gooey peanut butter!
I also threw in a banana on the side.
And finally, a cup of orange pekoe tea with about a teaspoon of organic cane sugar to keep me awake!
That's about all for now! I better get going, I don't want to be late on my first day at this new school!
