I have some exciting news for everyone! Cheryl from Healthy is the New Happy is away in Alberta for the next little while and asked me if I would want to write a guest post for her blog. Of course I accepted in a heartbeat and the guest post is finally up!

Now moving on to breakfast...
I made myself a bowl of oatmeal using PC Organic's Milled Flaxseed and Reddi Snacks Vitality Trail Mix.
I also threw in a banana on the side!
I used half a cup of large flake oats, about half a cup of egg whites, a splash of milk, a small handful of trail mix, a teaspoon of flaxseed, and finally a pinch of organic cane sugar for sweetness.
This oatmeal should keep me satisfied throughout my busy morning of work.
I'm back to supplying full time this week; however, I'm working slightly longer hours so I get an hour break instead of a half hour. I'm hoping I get this hour in one big chunk so I can blog while I eat my lunch at a nearby Tim Hortons, but no guarantees. I will do my absolute best to blog at lunchtime!
