This morning I was much more prepared and snapped some photos of my lunch to post at breakfast. I'll be away at a waterpark all day, so I won't have a chance to blog at lunchtime.
As for breakfast, I wanted to use some of the delicious Clovermead honey I purchased on our trip yesterday.
Combining it with peanut butter was a given!
I had a slice of whole wheat toast topped with blueberry honey and organic peanut butter.
I also had a blueberry banana protein smoothie on the side. I combined half a banana, a quarter cup of blueberries, a handful of frozen baby spinach leaves, half a scoop of Bodylogix vanilla protein powder, and finally about 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
As for my lunch today, I packed an apple, a big bag of raw veggies with some French salad dressing for dipping, and a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread. This lunch really makes me feel like a kid again! Especially with my PackIt lunch bag!
Alright, it's time for me to get to work! I can't wait to play with the kids in the sunshine and splash at the waterpark.
