Today has been a super lazy day for me! Well...not really that lazy, but it feels lazy for some reason. I managed to get in a quick, but extremely efficient plyometric workout before lunchtime. I combined a few of my favourite plyometric exercises to create my own Plyometric Countdown workout.
I started out by doing 10 reps of each exercise, then 9 reps of each, then 8, all the way down to 1 rep each. I rested for 30 seconds between each set.
After my workout, I had some lunch. I drank plenty of water while munching on apple slices and light mozzarella cheese.
I also had a bowl of cinnamon sugar oatmeal with one tablespoon of ground flaxseed mixed in and a sprinkle of chia seeds on top. Breakfast for lunch? Okay! I'll just have to make sure my dinner is loaded with veggies tonight.

After lunch, I headed out to the barn to see my love, Ginny, again today. I got in a nice, relaxing ride and spent some time giving my pony some love.
On the way home from the barn, I picked up an iced coffee to wake up my lazy-feeling day. I ordered a medium sugar-free vanilla iced coffee made with milk...however, I received an iced coffee made with cream. I didn't notice until I got home, so I drank it anyway. It wasn't as good as one made with milk, but it wasn't bad.
I'm spending the rest of my afternoon on the couch watching Eat Pray Love before heading off to my Show Jumping Development lesson later tonight. I'm really looking forward to it!
