After my SNAP Infusion Supercandy post, I made myself a small bowl of large flake oatmeal with peanut butter for breakfast.
I took Zeke for a long 40 minute walk before heading to the gym to fit in a 20 minute cardio interval workout on the elliptical and a bicep-tricep strength workout.
I had some cucumber and Sweet Thai Chili sauce as a morning snack, then decided to head out to the barn to see Ginny.
I knew I wouldn't have time for lunch if I went to the barn, so I grabbed an apple and stick of light mozzarella cheese as I headed out the door.
While I was at the barn, I pampered Ginny and exercised one of the new boys in town, Doc!
Isn't he a cutie-pie! I loved riding him and may have made Ginny a little jealous...or grateful that she didn't have to work today!
When I got home from the barn, Casey and I made the quick decision to have a super early dinner and head out to see The Dark Knight Rises in theatres. As I hadn't really had much of a lunch, I was more than happy to have a 5:00pm lunch and make it to the movie.
We cooked up a frozen rack of ribs in the oven along with some onion rings from frozen. We wanted to see how our previous homemade onion rings compared to store bought frozen ones and it turns out our onion rings stood a good chance!
Unfortunately, the ribs proved otherwise. I ate one bite and had to stop. They barbeque sauce was terrible and I just couldn't eat another bite. No problem! I made myself a big salad instead.
Away we went to see The Dark Knight Rises! It was an incredible movie and I loved every minute of it. I guess it helped that I have the biggest crush on Tom Hardy!
During the movie, I munched on a bag of Pretzel M&M's. Casey had a few small handfuls, but I'm not going to lie...I ate the majority of the bag!
And that's about it for my busy day! I have an even busier day tomorrow, I need to rest up.
Goodnight everyone!

It's not until I read your blog that I realized how incredibly attractive Tom Hardy is. I might have to join you in the celeb crush :)
