Sushi, Bootcamp & Frosters

Hello friends!

What a busy evening. After my brief afternoon nap, Casey and I headed out to sushi with a good friend of ours. We ordered the lot and enjoyed every last bite!

Some of the food I ate included a piece of eggplant tempura and zucchini tempura (my favourites!)...

...some edamame...

...salmon and red snapper sashimi...

...six pieces of salmon avocado roll...

...and four pieces of rainbow roll.

Two very small servings of garden salad, plus one scoop of vanilla ice cream and one scoop of green tea ice cream went unphotographed. They were just too delicious and I completely forgot to take their picture!

After dinner, I headed out to the park to meet my dear friend and fellow healthy living blogger Cheryl from Happy is the New Healthy for a bootcamp session. I had to kick it up a notch and I definitely felt it in the end. It was an amazing workout and the added humidity of working out outdoors was just the icing on top of a very sweaty cake. Thanks Cheryl!

When I got home from bootcamp, Casey and I took Zeke for a leisurely hour long walk around our neighbourhood. It was a great cool down from the bootcamp, but it was still super humid out. My throat was hurting due to this cold I've come down with and I was still sweating buckets from the humidity, so we decided to stop for Frosters on our way home.

I got a small blueberry lemonade Froster with a bit of cherry slime flavour on the bottom that I wanted to try out. Both flavours were delicious and the Froster made me feel much better!

I'm about to pass out now from both sheer exhaustion and the nighttime cold medicine I just took. I think it's about time I call it a night.

See you in the morning!
