I made myself a protein shake for lunch, which I brought to work with me and drank before heading out to the barn after my shift. I blended up half a cup of frozen mixed berries, one scoop of Bodylogix vanilla protein powder, a handful of frozen baby spinach, half a cup of pure carrot juice, and half a cup of vanilla almond milk.
I spent some time with Ginny and hopped on for a quick but challenging ride. I was hungry by the time I was done, so I rushed home to make myself my typical snack...apple slices and mozzarella cheese.
I bet you're tired of seeing apple and cheese photos by now! I'll try and switch it up next time, but this combination is just so darn tasty!
Alright, now I'm off to finish up my Mouthwatering Mondays post and start getting dinner ready.
