Good morning folks!
Well, it's official...I'm sick. It started out with a scratchy, sore throat and has progressed into overall aches, pains and chills. I'm determined to finish the rest of my supply shifts this week, so I'm going to work this morning. To be honest, I probably got sick from one of many kids with colds in the program, so it's not like I'm exposing them to anything new by going to work.
I woke up bright and early to take Casey to work, then came home and took Zeke out for a 20 minute walk.
For breakfast, I grabbed one of these babies.
That would be a packet of Snap Infusion Naturally Designed Supercandy that the company sent me about a week ago. I grabbed it because of the amount of vitamins and nutrients it contains in just a small 90-calorie bag of jellybeans.
I will do a more thorough review of all of Snap Infusion's various supercandies later today. Stay tuned!
I also made myself a purple people eater smoothie for breakfast...again, to pack in as many nutrients as I could.
I blended together half a cup of frozen blueberries, a handful of frozen baby spinach, a cup of unsweetened almond milk, and half a scoop of Bodylogix vanilla protein powder.
I guess I secretly hope that by eating those supercandies and this purple people eater smoothie my cold will just disappear overnight. I'm hoping it's gone before Sunday because I have a very busy day planned!
