Bee Goes Bananas is now on
Yay! Sometimes I find myself looking at random pictures or taking miscellaneous photos that just don't seem to fit with the theme of Bee Goes Bananas. Well, now I have a place to compile all of these random pictures, videos, quotes, thoughts and much more!

Alright, let's move on shall we? After my smoothie lunch, I was still a bit hungry and I knew it would be a later dinner tonight. I decided to make myself some apple slices with some extra old cheddar cheese as an afternoon snack.
Finally, dinnertime rolled around. We cooked up one of Remark's store-made meatloaves in the oven along with some roasted brussel sprouts. The meatloaf was one of their low-fat turkey varieties, but I can't recall exactly which kind. Either way, it was delicious!
I also had a small bowl of frozen mixed berries with a Nesquik Plus chocolate drizzle on top for dessert.
After all that, it was time to hit the gym. Oh boy, did I hit the gym hard! I did a 35-minute intense interval workout on the elliptical, changing between fast speed/low intensity and slow speed/high intensity, forwards and backwards, legs only and arms only... It was killer! I was dripping buckets by the time I was done.
I also did a 30-minute upper body workout, alternating between TRX straps and dumbells to get in a full arm, chest and back workout. I'm really starting to see results!
Now I just need to refine my diet a little bit to trim my bootay and I'll be all set!
