Medical Requirements

Wow, what a busy day! I spent my morning teaching therapeutic riding lessons to summer campers followed by a sweaty ride on Ginny. I spent the entire morning out at the barn and even ate my lunch atop some paperwork in the office.

I brought a big salad with me to the barn for lunch. It was loaded with broccoli, trail mix (dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts and more), and balsamic vinaigrette. Yum!

In the afternoon, I headed straight from the barn to my hometown for a doctor's appointment. I stopped by Tim Horton's for an afternoon snack to sip on during the drive.

I ordered a small iced capp made with milk. They blended it extra well so the iced capp was smooth and creamy, my favourite!

I had an appointment with the doctor to finish up my medical requirements for school. Essentially, I needed a bunch of signatures confirming my immunizations, plus some bloodwork to prove my varicella and hepatitis B immunity. Fun stuff!

I'm just glad I'm finally finished all of my pre-clinical placement requirements for school and I can finally relax!

I'm not too sure what Casey and I will be doing for dinner tonight, but we have plans to see The Dark Knight Rises again with some friends. I'm excited to see it a second time around...plus a little Tom Hardy on the big screen can't hurt!
