Not too much exciting happening on my end tonight. I had a full shift tonight that actually flew by (for once)! I made myself a loaded salad to eat for dinner on my break by topping some lettuce with broccoli, cucumber, shredded cabbage, trail mix (cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds, almond pieces) and fig balsamic vinaigrette.
I also tossed in an apple and a few slices of mozzarella cheese on the side.
Finally, I gobbled up a cherry Larabar during the last half of my shift to call it a night.
Like I said...my night was far from exciting. I hope yours was a bit more lively!
