Butt-Kicking Workout

It's only 8:20am and it feel like I've accomplished so much already today. I woke up bright and early at 5:00am in order to get ready and take Zeke for a nice long 30 minute walk.

I made myself one and a half packets of apple cinnamon instant oatmeal for breakfast with two egg whites added in for protein. It was just too early to make anything fancy for breakfast!



I headed off to bootcamp with Cheryl from Happy is the New Healthy where she whipped my butt into shape (as per usual)! The entire time I just kept picturing this before and after picture of Tom Hardy's preparation for his role as Bane in The Dark Knight Rises. Talk about transformation!


I'm not going to lie, I find him more attractive in the February photo...but that's not the point! It's all about dedication, determination and perseverence. I'm sure he has or must have had a lot of it in order to get those kind of muscles!

Anyway, let's move away from my Tom Hardy crush, shall we? I stopped at Starbucks to eat the second half of my breakfast and blog before I head out to the barn to teach riding lessons. I ordered a grande sugar-free vanilla iced coffee made with skim milk and brought my own banana along.


What a perfect way to start the day!

Wow! What a transformation. I agree, I find him cuter in the Feb photo too. The July photo is just to meathead-y.
