Alright folks, this one is going to be snappy! Why? Because it's 2:09AM and I'm pretty sleepy. I promise to make more detailed posts tomorrow.
I made an early dinner tonight as soon as I got home from work. Casey and I enjoyed some tasty pancakes made with Bulk Barn's 5-Grain Pancake Mix.
I topped these delicious whole grain pancakes with raspberries and chia seeds, with a bit of maple syrup of course!
We laughed as Zeke watched us eating dinner in a very strange position. I'm not sure how that's comfortable, but he must have thought it was.
After dinner, I headed over to a friend's house to watch The Hills. We watched part of the second season while enjoying lots of tasty treats, including a candy bowl filled with chocolate-covered pretzels, yogurt-covered pretzels, sour keys and jellybeans.
We also had some multigrain tortilla chips and salsa, veggies with hummus, and some cheddar rice crackers.
All of the food--plus the amazing company--was just what I needed after such a busy and stressful day. My goal for tomorrow is to make a much more relaxing day!
