Good morning! My apologies for going MIA last night after watching Snow White. The movie ended kind of late and I ended up going to bed afterwards. I needed sleep after such a busy week!
As always, I packed my own snacks to bring to the theatre. I brought a bag of sugar snap peas and some cherries. I ate only a small handful of cherries because I realize now how awkward they are to eat infront of others. I also ate half of the bag of sugar snap peas. They are a much better movie snack!
The movie was great! I was a little aprehensive going into it because I'm not a fan of Kristin Stewart's acting abilities, but I was able to look past it with the help of some pretty epic fight scenes and Chris Hemsworth's handsomeness. Overall, I thought the movie was really well done and I'd gladly see it again!
After a good night's rest, I was ready to take on my day. I have an pilates class this morning, so I didn't want to eat a breakfast that was too heavy beforehand.
I made myself one piece of French toast using extra egg whites (I probably used about four) and a light drizzle of maple syrup. I also made myself a small bowl of cherries to enjoy on the side.
I think this breakfast should sit well in my stomach during pilates. I still have an hour to digest, so I'm not too worried. I'm excited for pilates today! It feels like it's been ages since I did it last, although it's only been a week. It's a jumpboard/springwall class again, both of which are my new favourite workouts.
The springwall makes me feel strong and the jumpboard can be graceful cardio when I do it right. I better go and get ready!
