Rehydrate and Fill

I was still feeling a bit dehydrated by the time dinner rolled around. For some reason, plain water just wasn't cutting it for me today. I made myself a smoothie for dinner to rehydrate and get in some much-needed nutrients after a long weekend of treats.

I combined 3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries, a handful of frozen baby spinach, a cup of milk, and half a packet of stevia for sweetness.

What I got was a deliciously refreshing nutrient-packed smoothie!



I also had a small bowl of stew that Casey and I picked up on our grocery shopping trip to Remark Fresh Market. Their store-made stew includes all natural ingredients, including pieces of real beef, gigantic chopped carrots, celery and potatoes.


I felt like bringing back one of my beloved Christmas bowls for dinner tonight. I love Christmas!


Now, it's time for Casey and I to take our little Zekers out for a walk before bed. He's all tired out form playing with his "squeaker" inside the house and could use a bit of fresh air.
