Of course, I brought my lunch in my new PackIt lunch bag!
I brought a peanut butter and peach jam sandwich on whole wheat bread, and some veggies and dip.
I brought a wide variety of raw veggies to munch on--carrots, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, and celery.
Check out that winning combination! It may not seem like peanut butter and peach jam would mesh, but they are a super tasy duo. Try it sometime!
I headed off to program and came home just in time for dinner. I made myself a mini pizza using a small whole wheat tortilla, mozzarella cheese and hot peppers.
I also threw in a southwest salad on the side to squeeze in some more veggies.
