Have you entered Bee Goes Bananas' very first giveaway yet? You only have ONE MORE DAY to enter! I will be announcing the winner tomorrow. Hurry...go now!
If you need a reason to enter the giveaway for Bengay Zero Degrees, I can help! During my show jumping development lesson last night, I approached an oxer (wide jump) a bit discombobulated. Fortunately, my wonderful horse Billy saved my butt and jumped it anyway. He overcompensated the jump and soared a good foot and a half over it...jack rabbit style! I didn't expect the height difference and smashed my face against his neck. When I got home from my lesson, my neck had already stiffened up. Thank goodness I had just put my Bengay Zero Degrees stick in the freezer that morning because it saved my neck (literally)! It really helped with the stiffness and this morning I feel much better than I did last night.
The moral of the story: Even thought you don't think you need Bengay Zero Degrees to relieve muscle stiffness and soreness, you never know what can happen!
I ate pretty late last night because I had the show jumping lesson during my usual dinner time. I wasn't hungry when I woke up, so I only had the last little bit of Greek yogurt in our apartment to keep me energized for morning program. It ended up being about 1/4 cup of yogurt that I had for breakfast.
During program, I started to feel hungry. I guess my somewhat lack of breakfast caught up with me! I had half of an English muffin with a bit of butter with the kids.
I had to run a few errands to run after program and was hungry again by the time I got home! I guess it was around 11am when I got home, so it wasn't too crazy to feel hungry again at that point. I made myself a banana cream cheese wrap.
I used one small Weight Watchers whole wheat tortilla to make my wrap.
I topped my wrap with one small banana and about a tablespoon and a half of light cream cheese.
This is honestly the best combination aside from apples and cheese. If you haven't had a banana cream cheese wrap yet, you have to try one!
So far it's been a pretty good morning! I have a few more hours to relax and take Zeke for a walk before a meeting I have to attend.
