It's such a beautiful Sunday morning! I got out of bed on the right foot this morning. I was able to sleep through the night without waking up multiple times or for long durations. Yay! That's two solid night's sleeps in a row and I'm feeling amazing!
I woke up and wanted to test out this new tea I bought at Remark the other day--maple tea! Yes, you heard me right. I love everything maple and this black tea did not disappoint.
I sipped on my maple tea with one teaspoon of organic raw cane sugar with a peanut butter banana wrap.
I used half a banana for my wrap this morning because the other half was brown. I used about a tablespoon of The Peanut Butter Co's Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter melted onto the small ancient grains tortilla.
It was delicious!
My plans for this morning include my first Jumpboard/Springwall Combo pilates class. I'm both nervous and excited for this new form of pilates! I've only ever done matwork before, so this should be a much-welcomed challenge.
I'm really looking forward to the cardio component of the jumpboard section of today's combination class. I think it's really going to take my workout up a notch.
Hopefully all goes well and I'm not too sore to move after today's class. I'll let you know how it goes!
