Back to the Healthy Grind

It's Monday morning and time to get back to the grind--both the work grind and the healthy grind, that is! I'm actually looking forward to getting back to eating healthy again. It's always a nice treat to celebrate holidays with great food, but afterwards I always look forward to getting back to eating simple, healthy foods.

I started today with a big bowl of oatmeal sweetened with agave nectar and topped with chia seeds.


I also had a quarter section of a cantaloupe on the side. It was super sweet and juicy! I enjoyed every last bite.



All in all, a very healthy and delicious breakfast!


And now it's time to get back to the other kind of grind. Work time!
