Good morning! This has been an insane week and I finally feel like things are settling down. Tomorrow is my best friend's bachelorette party and it'll be the first one I've never attended. I'm excited! But back to today...
This morning I had to wake up extra early to take the bus to the gym. My fiance didn't work yesterday due to the crazy amount of rain, so he had to go in early today and couldn't give me a ride. It's a bit lonely taking the first bus of the day to campus!
I went to a 50 minute sleek and strong class. It was a ton of fun and a lot of hard work! The instructor is very motivating and definitely helps me wake up in the mornings. She's very enthusiatic like someone straight out of an 80s workout video. Today we targeted our butts, traps, triceps, lower backs and obliques. What an awesome workout!
I had a little spoonful of peanut butter before I left the house this morning, but my real breakfast came after sleek and strong. I had a big serving of strawberry and vanilla oatmeal with a sliced banana. This one really hit the spot! I inhaled it in under five minutes.
I noticed when I was eating my oatmeal that the logo on the spoon was smudging. So sad!
For lunch today, I packed the following items. I will probably eat the pear for a morning snack and save the teeny tiny peanut butter sandwich, celery and cheese string for lunch.
Just as a sidenote, I am an avid gum-chewer! I go through packs so quickly. Today I had my last piece of Exel White Bubblemint gum, pack that was brand new just two days ago.
